Food Stations

Add a food stations to your event or make it a centerpiece to your menu. Make your event unforgettable with a live action food station!

Note: All food stations are a 2 hour service and we are pleased to provide our staff with a 20% service fee on the final bill. Rentals may be required for tables, linens, etc. Additional chefs are required for the live action food stations.

Omelet Station $20 per person

Cooked-to-order omelet station with spinach, ham, cheese, bell peppers, onions, ketchup, chili flakes, chipotle mayo, regular mayo


Cold Station $32 per person

Charcuterie platter, vegetable crudité with dip, fruit platter, assorted sandwiches and wraps with fresh deli cold cuts on naan bread and soft tortillas, platter with assortment of local and imported cheeses with dip, dried fruit, nuts, crackers and jam.

Add on – King Crab Legs and Claws with dip $10 per person

Add on – Assorted dark chocolate lollipops $7.50 per person

Add on – Lemon spiced 13/15 size  jumbo tiger shrimp platter $11 per person


Carving Station $21-$30 per person

Chef carved-to-order herb and beef tenderloin, maple-glazed ham and turkey with port wine reduction au jus. Served with assorted dinner rolls. Toppings to include: mayonnaise, caramelized onions, horseradish cream, roasted red pepper aioli.


Chicken Waffle Station $15 per person

Individual size fresh made waffles served with fried chicken and assorted dips like bacon, horseradish maple syrup, butter, jams, chipotle aioli.


Poke Bowl Station $18 per person

A Hawaiian comfort food with four different kinds of poke bowls: Ahi Tuna, Salmon, Chicken and a Veggie Bowl with crisp tofu or tempeh. Soy sauce marinade with sesame oil and a variety of greens.


Perogies Station $17 per person

Potato filled perogies boiled to order, comes with sides such as; bacon, green onions, sour cream, braised chicken, beef meatballs, hot sauce, parmesan cheese, blue cheese, avocado. Gluten-free and vegan options available.


Thai Station $18 per person

Thai noodle stir-fry with vegetables, vegetarian fried rice, baby scallops, shrimp, chicken, tofu. Served in Chinese boxes.


Fajita Station $17 per person

Fajitas and nachos, accompanied by: Cajun lime chicken and Beef strips, bell peppers, onions, refried beans, shredded lettuce, cheese, salsa, green onions, cilantro, sour cream, and guacamole.


Taco Station $14-$18 per person

Soft shell tacos filled with your choice of: grilled chicken, striploin AAA beef, or crispy Baja fish. Toppings include: shredded lettuce, onions, tomatoes, shredded cheese, salsa, and cilantro sour cream.


Poutine Station $17 per person

French fries, beef gravy, Montréal smoked meat, pulled pork, cheese, fresh curds, ketchup, chili sauce, mayonnaise, salt and pepper.


Pasta Station $15-$19 per person

Made-to-order penne and spaghetti pasta with homemade marinara and alfredo sauces. Topping to include: Italian sausages, grilled chicken breast, shrimp, fresh parmesan, chili flakes, sliced mushrooms, spinach, broccoli, onions, bell peppers and cherry tomatoes.


Antipasto / Harvest Station $18 per person

A selection of cured meats and sausages, marinated artichokes and sliced olives, grilled peppers, zucchini and eggplant, assorted cheese and tomatoes. Accompanied with a selection of: hummus, spinach dip and crisp pita triangles.


Chocolate Fountain $15 per person

Rich melted chocolate with assorted marshmallows, pretzels, wafers, graham crackers, and fruits.


Mac & Cheese Station $17 per person

Served in Chinese boxes with the following toppings: smoked bacon, green onions, diced tomatoes, sour cream, and ketchup.


Belgium Waffle & Pancake Station $14 per person

Toppings: fresh whipped cream, mixed berries, bananas, maple syrup and nutella


Cheesecake Bar $15 per person

​Assorted mini cheesecakes including: blueberry, raspberry, pecan, lemon pie, and plain New York style.


Braised Beef & Risotto Station $17 per person

Our Chef will make to order risotto with fresh herbs, garlic and parmesan topped with braised beef and a demi glaze. Served in mini cups.


Fish & Chips Station $17 per person

Our Chef will present your guests with a mini fryer baskets of crispy beer-battered English-style haddock. Served with chips.

Condiments include: tartar sauce, malt vinegar, fresh lemon.


Indian Gourmet Butter Chicken Station $13 per person

Basmati rice and Indian butter chicken served with a variety of gourmet toppings including: diced mango, shaved coconut, toasted cashews, cilantro, papadum & naan.


Gourmet Pizza Station $21-$23 per person

Gourmet pizzas served on freshly baked naan flatbread – Choose up to 3 flavours:

Slider Station $17 per person

Mini gourmet beef, chicken, pulled pork, flank steak and veggie burgers. Served with: sweet pickles, swiss & havarti cheese, chipotle and cilantro, sour cream sauce, and a fresh garnish.


Salad Bar $15 per person

Create your own salads with our salad bar. A selection of baby greens and lettuces, house made dressings and a variety of toppings, including: cherry tomatoes, edamame beans, cranberries, cucumbers, bell peppers, fruit, and mixed marinated olives.


Beverage Station $6.50 per person

Soft drinks, bottled water (flat &/or sparkling), and bottled juice.
